Ruifeng shoe factory was officially put into production in July 2010. The factory is located in Wanji Industrial Zone, Shantou Special Economic Zone. Two kilometers away from the factory is the entrance of Guangmei Expressway, the train freight station, and Shantou Customs. The surrounding roads are spacious and the transportation is convenient. The factory covers an area of 10 mu, with complete supporting infrastructure, workshop area of 4500m2, and the net height of each floor is 6.5m. The production environment is spacious, bright, and ventilated and comfortable; the office building is 600m2, which is in the same factory area, and the work is efficient and fast; the staff dormitory area is 1250m2, all equipped with independent air conditioners , and provide central hot water, canteen area of 300m2, staff living comfortably and conveniently. From below the general manager, the factory has 6 departments including Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Production Department, Quality Inspection Department, Warehouse and Human Resources Administration Department. The production department has three workshops for cutting, face and molding, and three warehouses for raw materials, transit and finished products. Among them, the cutting workshop has 3 advanced punching machine tools; the facial workshop has 35 advanced sewing machines and many other equipment, and has 20 skilled lathes and manual workers; the forming workshop is equipped with 2 advanced assembly lines and has 22 skilled workers. There are 4 people in the quality department, who are fully responsible for supervising product quality. From the texture and color of raw materials to the production process of each workshop and process, they are strictly inspected by the procedures of "self-inspection", "mutual inspection", "sampling inspection" and "full inspection" , to ensure that product quality meets mandatory standards and customer requirements.
