In order to find a better raw material base and reduce costs, in 1995, the production base of Weixiangyuan moved to Indonesia and China. Now, peanuts, snack foods and soy sauce are produced by overseas factories, while the Singapore headquarters serves as a marketing and R&D center Mei Heong Yuen Food Industries Pte Ltd is now one of Singapore’s leading food companies specializing in the processing, packaging, distribution and export of food products under the established FARMER BRAND.
