CNMTC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMATCH). CNMTC is the first nationwide Corp. in China's machine tool industry enforced the combination of domestic and international trade and the combination of technology, industry and trade. CNMTC were awarded the "Class A mechanical and electrical complete set equipment providing unit", "Class A construction project bidding agency" and "Foreign contracted projects qualification certificate of the People's Republic of China" by the relative Government Authorities successively. After more than 30 years development, CNMTC gradually formed the internationalization, collectivization and scale management. China National Machine Tool Sales and Technical Service Corp. was established in 1983 and it is the operation platform of CNMTC approved by SINOMATCH, it has one set of troops and two pieces of brand with CNMTC.
