The base is located in Xintai City, Shandong Province, covering Shilai Town, Yuejiazhuang Township, and Nineteen Villages in Fangcheng Town. It is a modern ecological agriculture demonstration base integrating local organic Chinese herbal medicine planting and processing, technology research and development, ecological breeding, and leisure tourism.
